Youth Mixed Media Art Program for 11 - 16 year olds

A structured 10 week term focusing on exploration of either soft pastel or watercolour. Students choose which medium they would like to learn first, with the option to change mediums as they progress throughout the year. It is recommended students stick to any particular medium for at least 2 terms in order to become confident and proficient before switching to another medium. 

    

Students are taught both practical skills and theoretical content so that they develop: a solid understanding of process from concept to completion; an authentic appreciation of contemporary and historical fine art.

Limited to 10 students per term so that each student is guided as an individual.

There is currently a waiting list for new students to commence in this program - please contact us to be placed on the list. When a space becomes available we will send an offer to enrol with invoice for the term fee; confirmation of booking with payment should be made within 48 hours or the place will be offered to the next in line on our waiting list. 

***Students require their own materials kit for use in the studio and at home.

PLEASE NOTE:

*This is a term program which is time-limited/date specific and there are no 'make-up' sessions or credits brought forward to the following term for missed classes, regardless of reason for absence. 

*Term fees will not be adjusted for planned absences as your child’s place in the program is reserved for the entirety of the term program.

*In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, an alternative date and time will be scheduled during the term. 

*Unfortunately we do not offer ‘trial’ classes.
